Huku tukiendelea kumweka Mungu wetu kwanza tujikumbushe na kuzifuata njia rahisi (zenye gharama nafuu) za kupambana dhidi ya 


COVID-19:


1.Tuvae barakoa Mara kwa Mara hasa   tunapokua maeneo yenye msongamano Wa watu wengi.

2.Tunawe Mara kwa Mara mikono yetu kwa Maji safi na tiririka au kutumia vitakasa mikono kabla na baada ya kugusa watu/maeneo yanayoweza kua sababu ya maambukizi ya COVID-19.

3.Tuzibe midomo yetu na kiwiko tukikohoa au kupiga chafya.

4.Tujitahidi kukaa umbali wa  angalau mita moja kutoka kwa mtu  mmoja hadi  mwingine tunapokua maeneo ya majumbani, makanisani/misikitini, benk, hospitalini shuleni nk.

5.Tule  mlo kamili kwani husaidia kuimarisha nguvu ya kinga  ya mwili katika kupambana dhidi ya magonjwa  mbalimbali  ikiwemo pia COVID-19. Kwa mfano. Ukipika ugali/wali kula na samaki/dagaa/nyama/maini/mayai/mbegu za mimea jamii ya mikunde kama maharage, kunde, njegere, njugu mawe nk.(kufuatana na bajeti yako kifedha), pia kula mboga za majani zisizoiva sana na Matunda kama vile limau, ndimu, machungwa, machenza, nanasi, mastafeli, matopetope nk. Kwani matunda hayo yana vitamin C kwa wingi ambayo hufanya amshaamsha ya askari wanaopambana na vimelea vya magonjwa  mbalimbali mwilini vikiwemo corona virus. Tujitahidi pia kuunga tangawizi na vitunguu swaumu (vilivyosagwa) na limau/ndimu tunapoandaa nyama kwani licha ya kua vinaleta ladha nzuri na kuongeza hamu ya kula, vinasaidia pia kuleta tiba-kinga. asilia ya kupambana na mgonjwa mwilini ikiwemo covid-19.

6.Kwa wale wataoweza Kuotea jua la asubuhi hadi  mida ya saa nne hivi wafanye hivyo kwani linaumuhimu wa kutengeneza vitamin D mwilini ambayo husaidia pia kuimarisha kinga ya mwili dhidi ya mgonjwa mbalimbali.

7.Kwa wenye magonjwa  ya kudumu kama vile HIV, mgonjwa ya figo, mgonjwa ya moyo, shinikizo la damu kupanda, kisukari nk. Wafuate maelekezo ya wataalamu wa afya wanayopewa wakiwa kliniki ikiwemo kutoacha kutumia dawa  za maradhi hayo.

8.Pia inashauriwa kutoacha kufuata njia za kujikinga na mgonjwa mengine  kama vile malaria, nimonia nk. kwani kuugua marafhi ya corona haimaanishi mwili  hautaugua maradhi mengine. Mwili  ukishambiliwa na maradhi mbalimbali mwilini kwa wakati mmoja hufanya hali  ya mgonjwa kuwa mbaya zaidi maana take hata wewe ukivamiwa na adui mmoja  upiganaji wake ni rahisi kuliko ukivamiwa na adui wengi.


Nb: Jikinge na COVID-19 kwa kunywa juisi ya limau au ndimu, chukua glasi ya Maji ya kunywa kisha weka Maji yaliyochemshwa ya baridi au vuguvugu, kamlia Maji ya limau au ndimu, changanya sukari kidogo ili kuboresha ladha yake (kwa wenye kisukari usitie sukari) kisha kunywa walau kutwa Mara mbili. Hii sio FIBA ya COVID19 kila hufanya usipate ugonjwa  wa kuzidiwa sana pindi unapopata maradhi ya virus vya corona.

 As we continue to put our God first let us remind ourselves and follow the simple (low cost) ways to fight against 


COVID-19:


1.Wear masks frequently, especially when going to overcrowded places.

2.Wash your hands with clean flowing water or use hand sanitizers before and after touching people / areas that may be the cause of COVID-19 infection.

3.Cover your mouths with elbows while coughing or sneezing.

4.We should strive to stay at a distance of at least one meter from one person to another when at social service  places like churches / mosques, banks, hospitals, schools, etc.

5.Eat a well balanced diet as it helps to strengthen the body's immune system in the fight against various diseases including COVID-19. For example. If you cook stiff porridge / rice, eat with fish / meat / liver /eggs/ seeds of legumes such as beans, peas etc. (according to your financial budget), also eat unovercooked green vegetables/salad and fruits (citrus fruits - juice or fresh fruits) such as lemons, lime, oranges,pineapples, sour/sweet fruits. Because these fruits contain a lot of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which stimulates the immune system to fight against microbes in our bodies during diseases infections including corona virus. We should also use spices like ground ginger/garlic and lemon / lime juice when preparing meat because despite the fact that they add good taste and increase appetite, they also help to boost immunity during microbes infection in our bodies.

6.For those who are able to stay at early morning sunshine until 1000hrs, do so for it is important to make active vitamin D in the body which also helps to strengthen body's immune system against various diseases causing organisms.

7.For those with chronic diseases such as HIV, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. Follow the instructions of health professionals given to you at the clinics, including continuous regular use of the prescribed medications.

8.It is also advised to follow  preventive measures for other diseases such as malaria, pneumonia etc. since suffering from corona  infection does not mean the body will not suffer from other diseases. When the body is  from various diseases at the same time makes the patient's condition worse (poor prognosis when you have co-mobidities) i.e fighting against one enemy is not as easy as fighting against many enemies.


Nb: Protect yourself from COVID-19 by drinking lemon/lime juice, take a glass of drinking water  add cold or lukewarm boiled water, squeeze lemon/lime juice in it, mix a little sugar to improve the taste (for diabetics do not add sugar ) then drink at least twice a day.This is not cure for COVID19 but improves body immunity hence less severe form of disease in case yo get infected with corona virus.
